This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our platform.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

A. Personal Information

When you are enrolled through a fleet customer, we may collect:

Automatically collected when you visit our website:

D. Mobile App Information

When you use the Off Duty Not Driving Rewards mobile app on iPhone or Android, or the driver portal, we may collect and store:

The account details you provide: name, email address, phone number, shipping address and driver ID
Your apparel sizes, if you choose to save them
Your points balance, points earned, orders and redemption history
The products you like or pass on in Shop by Swipe
Your conversations with the in-app Rewards Assistant, and any support requests you send
Feedback and survey answers you submit
A push-notification token for your device, with your device type and app version, so we can send the notifications you allow. The app is designed to remove it when you sign out, and you can ask us to remove it at any time
If your fleet takes part in the Safety Circuit: your miles driven, safety score and related safety events supplied by your fleet; your terminal, hire date and employment type; leave or idle exemptions your fleet records; when you open the Circuit; your acknowledgment of the rules; and your weekly and season results

If you acknowledge the Safety Circuit rules, other drivers taking part in your own company’s Safety Circuit can see your name, terminal, rank and season average. “Who is next to you” means the drivers just above and below you in the standings, not your location. Your weekly categories and events are not shown to other drivers.

The app does not collect your precise location, your contacts or your photos. We do not use an advertising identifier, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Operate and maintain the ODND rewards platform
Deliver earned rewards and merchandise
Provide fleet administrators with performance and redemption reports
Improve safety engagement and driver morale tools
Communicate important updates or program changes
Support customer service and technical assistance
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Analyze platform usage to improve functionality

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

With Fleet Customers: Your employer or fleet may view relevant performance and redemption activity within the Administrator Portal.
With Fulfillment Partners: For the sole purpose of packaging and shipping your rewards.
With Service Providers: To operate the website, payment processing, and analytics; to deliver push notifications to your device; and to power the Rewards Assistant. We do not send your name, points, orders, addresses or safety scores to the Rewards Assistant’s AI provider; your account details are shown to you directly in the app. Before your question is sent, we automatically remove names, email addresses, phone numbers and street addresses we detect in it, so please do not type personal details. The assistant is designed to refer questions that need your personal information to our support team. Push notifications carry general messages only; details are shown inside the app after you sign in.
Feedback and Survey Answers: Answers you submit, together with your name, are reviewed by our team and may be shared with the fleet that provides your rewards program.
For Legal Compliance: If required by law or government request.

We do not sell your information, share it with data brokers, or share it for advertising. If we collect error reports to fix problems with the app or website, they are configured to exclude your name, contact details and account information.
